Part 1 (Introduction)

1. What is a typical day like for you?
"A typical day for me starts with an early morning workout, which really helps me to feel energized for the rest of the day. After that, I have breakfast and head to work/university. My afternoons are generally filled with meetings or classes, and in the evening, I like to unwind by reading or watching my favorite TV series before going to bed around 10 pm."

2. Do you prefer a routine or a flexible schedule?
"I prefer a routine because it helps me stay organized and ensures that I accomplish all my tasks efficiently. However, I do appreciate having some flexibility during the weekends to do spontaneous things like meeting up with friends or going on a short trip."

3. How do you like to spend your free time?
"In my free time, I enjoy a mix of relaxation and productive activities. Sometimes I love to read books or listen to podcasts to learn something new, and other times, I like to exercise or go for a walk to stay active. It’s important for me to strike a balance between leisure and self-improvement."

4. What part of your day do you like the most?
"I would say I enjoy the evenings the most. It’s when I can finally wind down after a busy day. I usually spend this time with my family, having dinner together, or catching up on a TV show. It’s my relaxation time, and I really look forward to it."

5. Is there anything you would like to change about your daily routine?
"If I could, I would like to incorporate more exercise into my routine. I sometimes get too caught up with work or studies and find it difficult to stay consistent. I think adding a regular workout session would greatly improve my physical and mental health."

We also had a small barbecue on the beach, which was fantastic. Being able to enjoy the fresh sea breeze, the sound of the waves, and the laughter of my friends made it a memorable day. The evening was just as beautiful; we sat around a bonfire, shared stories, and watched the sunset. It was a perfect day because it combined adventure, relaxation, and great company, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated."

"Daily routines vary greatly from one country to another due to cultural differences. For example, in some countries like Spain, it’s common to have a siesta or a midday nap, which is a unique part of their lifestyle. In contrast, in countries like Japan, people tend to have very long working hours and emphasize a strong work ethic. The climate also plays a role; people living in warmer climates might prefer to be more active in the early morning or late evening to avoid the heat."

3. How has technology changed the way people spend their daily lives?
"Technology has had a significant impact on our daily lives. It has made tasks more convenient and efficient, whether it’s using smartphones to stay connected, using apps to organize one’s day, or even relying on online platforms for shopping and work. On the downside, it has also made people more sedentary and often results in spending long hours on screens, which can negatively affect health and social interactions. It’s crucial to find a balance in how technology is integrated into one’s routine."
